Prior to joining Workday, Shannon spent 2 years at Oracle leading a go to market team for customer experience as well as the retail strategic client team. Previously, Shannon spent 13 years at Salesforce in various roles, but most notably she helped build the healthcare & life sciences business. Upon leaving Salesforce, Shannon led the North American commercial practice for healthcare & life sciences.

Gary Weller is a national leader in the healthcare contingent workforce space possessing almost 20 years of continuous experience in strategic human capital management in both clinical and non-clinical organizations. In his current role at Advocate Health, Gary leads a department that actively manages and implements workforce management solutions and accompanying technologies to leverage the overall value of the 3rd party workforce across 27 hospitals and over 500 sites of care. Gary’s most recent experience includes consolidating the contingent labor operating model and technology in the Midwest Region from three models to a single process and technology.
